We collect only what we need to answer you, and we never sell or share it for advertising.

Enquiries
When you send a message or enquire about a work, we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message and the work you asked about. We use them only to reply and, if you wish, to arrange a purchase or commission (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep the correspondence for up to 2 years after our last contact; if you buy a work, invoices are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Studio news
If you follow the studio, we store your email address to send occasional news about new works and exhibitions, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to us.
Analytics cookies
With your consent we use Google Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages and works are viewed. IP addresses are shortened and we cannot identify you. Without consent no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Saved works
The works you save with the heart are stored only in your own browser. They are not sent to us unless you include them in an enquiry.
Videos and spam protection
Embedded videos load from YouTube only after you click play. To block spam, our forms check a short-lived security token; our hosting provider keeps technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security purposes for a short time.
Services we use
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) delivers our emails and stores the studio news list. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and protects it from attacks. Google Ireland Ltd. provides Google Analytics. Cloudflare and Google may process data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or make automated decisions about you.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to its use, and a copy in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@totherno.com — we reply within one month.
Complaints
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, naih.hu, or to the authority in your own country, or go to court.
