Big Shot (Bureaucrat III)

The idea came while the artist was seeking planning permission for changes to his house: an important-looking official who ignored every logical argument, demanded ever more documents and behaved like a real big shot — in Hungarian a “nagy állat”, literally a “big animal”. The little human figure faces a monstrous dog, yet the artist stayed amused, tamed the man with humour and charm, and left with a stamped permit.
