A cellist whose torso almost melts into the body of his cello, so that musician and instrument become a single breathing entity. Heavy surface texture, rough organic lines and expressive distortion freeze the instant when the vibration of the strings consumes the player. The artist, who knows the stage from his theatre youth, offers a grotesque, surreal tribute to deep creative absorption.
