Noah's Ark II

A bronze Noah's ark reimagined as a fantastic wheeled vessel and allegorical chariot, built up in tiers and crowded with animals, from a lion, giraffe and hippo to a camel and birds at the top. The artist finds the Old Testament too severe for his humorous nature and retells the flood with a grin. The wheels, he explains, let the ark roll on once the water subsides.
